The Need

Customers typically visit a restaurant and undergo a process that involves a visual inspection of the surroundings, physically locating an available seating area, and waiting for their food to arrive. By utilizing digital solutions, restaurants can simplify the process and provide customers with a more efficient and enjoyable dining experience.

Solution

The platform allows customers who randomly walk into any restaurant to access quickly to the menu/catalogue by scanning a QR code via mobile devices. Orders and purchases have never been easier, which makes the application a one-stop shop for businesses.

Orderbuddy also includes online portals for head office activity as well as end user interfaces including mobile applications to manage sales, orders, ads and other administration tools.

What we did
